The STAR7 LLC Academy team works with clients such ascompanies and relocation companies to provide language training for familiesmoving to new countries.
KeyResponsibilities - in this role you will:
Designand deliver engaging one-to-one lessons tailored to the student’s level, goals,and learning style.
Focuson improving the student’s fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar in Japanese.
Monitorprogress and provide regular feedback to support continuous improvement.
Encourageactive participation and build the student’s confidence in speaking andunderstanding Japanese .
Adaptteaching methods and pace based on the student’s evolving needs.
Maintainclear and professional communication with the student and project manager.
Requirements
Nativeor near-native proficiency in Japanese .
Provenexperience in teaching Japanese as a second language, preferably in a one-to-onesetting.
Strongknowledge of Japanese grammar, pronunciation, and usage.
Abilityto create engaging and personalized lesson plans.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
Patience,flexibility, and a student-centered approach.
Adegree in Japanese , Education, Linguistics, or a related field is a plus.
TEFL/TESOLcertification or equivalent is preferred.
